Svarthalet Racing are the best kind of racers. They experiment and invent and research and scrounge for proper parts and when they can't find what they need, they turn to computer aided machining. This past January they tested then raced. (Videos fixed)
The goodness comes on at around 1:35+....but watch form beginning to really grasp the great noise
then raced it during their speedweek.

That thing sounds ridiculous. The reverb off the pulses definitely make me believe the bit about the complaint 7km away lol.

Oh later in the video with the guy running behind it, they cut power and you can hear the echoes faintly. It's crazy loud. I don't know how you could build a louder noise maker without immediately thinking 'pulsejet' as the go to noisemaker.

Agreed. Pulsejet is definitely on my list of "how to make everyone move-out that lives around you". I was wondering on the first video if they were using that warning siren everytime, or if they got a complaint and were then told to start using it.
